I have both a Folding Version ( folds horizontally & swings down into vertical position with a touch of a button ) And I have the Fixed Vertical model as well .
Both of these Wilcox Forearm Grips are all metal construction ( not the cheap composite and or plastic versions which are a poor comparison ) . They both have an internal Bipod that deploys with the touch of a button.
