Does anyone out there do custom order holsters?

I’ve been looking for a while now to purchase a holster for my Sig P365 XL that carries the back plate/grip of the firearm right at or just below the belt line.

Due to work my clothing option can be limited at times and often requires a tucked in shirt. However, I would still like to remain as concealed and comfortable as possible while still achieving decent access.

Let me know if anyone is will/capable of working on something or already has something made up!
