Sadly I agree, this seems like a perfect example of how ineffective big government is. Like you said republicans control everything right now and still that can't seem to stop stumbling over themselves and enact in form of legislation that we want to see.......
Edit: Outside of executive orders from the POTUS that is.
Honestly I doubt it'll go through. Last month they passed a big bill in like 10 days. The HPA and SHUSH have very little chance in my opinion. Republicans control everything right now and if they wanted it done, it'd be done and my Specwar 7.62 wouldn't be behind bars right now. As much as I want it to pass along with the CCRA I don't think it will. I hope they prove me wrong though.
