Actually Im in my 70s and bought my naughty magazines many decades ago :) When it was like the wild west and the bigger the better attitude ruled with both big guns and big magazines being the norm ...

My problem is not wanting to buy or own more naughty magazines ... I happen to have more than I can use and would like to sell some of them if possible .

Im thinking that selling them as parts ( parts kits that the buyer can assemble ) is the way to go ?

Many Colorado counties and cities have stated that they will not enforce the magazine law for reasons ranging from unconstitutionality to enforceability. It is also up to the state to prove you didn’t have the magazine before the law went into effect. Thus many gun stores feel comfortable selling naughty magazines.

Parts are parts, not magazines, so if you are worried about breaking the law, you could simply disassemble the mags and sell them or if that isn’t cool for you sell them out of state.

Yeah - people in Colorado are violating the letter and spirit of the magazine laws, but that said the magazine law is violating the spirit and letter of the Colorado and US Constitution.

Big boy rules apply.
